The engagement is on a purely temporary basis for an initial on-the-job training period of 11 months.
Candidates are shortlisted from the candidate lists provided by Aviation Training Institutes and colleges, followed by personal interviews.

Selected trainees receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 10,000/-.
