About Recruitment

• Collection of study outcome data from patient case sheets, medical records, exit records and other relevant clinical documents.
• Review and verification of patient records to ensure accuracy and completeness of study data.
• Extraction and documentation of relevant clinical and demographic information as per the study protocol.
• Coordination with hospital staff and concerned departments for timely access to patient records.
• Maintenance and updating of study-related records and data collection forms.
• Ensuring confidentiality and secure handling of patient information.
• Assisting the project team in monitoring data quality and resolving discrepancies.

Essential Qualification

• Minimum Second Class or equivalent CGPA in a three-year General Nursing & Midwife (GNM) course.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in patient data collection.
• Experience in reviewing patient case sheets, medical records, exit records and other clinical documents.
• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Excel and data entry.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
