First class postgraduate degree or second class postgraduate degree with PhD in relevant medical and health sciences from a recognized university along with prior government-funded research experience.
Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery with valid registration from State or Indian Nursing Council, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing with relevant clinical experience.
