Two years full-time first-class post-graduate degree or diploma in personnel management, human resource management, industrial relations, master of social work, or MBA in human resources from a recognized institution, with a degree in law as an added advantage.

Monthly salary scale ranging from Rs. 1,20,000 to Rs. 2,80,000 with variable dearness allowance, perquisites, allowances, company accommodation, provident fund, gratuity, and performance related pay.
