Candidates must hold a 4-year B.Sc. Ag. degree.
Consolidated monthly fellowship of Rs. 30,000.
Master of Technology or Post Graduate degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Dairy Science, Dairy Chemistry, Dairy Microbiology, Dairy Engineering, Food Science, or Livestock Product Technology from a recognized institution.

Consolidated monthly fellowship of Rs. 42,000.
Young Professional-I receives Rs. 30,000 per month and Young Professional-II receives Rs. 42,000 per month on a consolidated basis.
