About Recruitment

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has invited online applications for 154 non-management posts including Process Technician, Process Operator, and various engineering technician roles at Mumbai and Kochi refineries.
Eligible candidates with a full-time regular engineering diploma and relevant experience can apply online before the extended deadline of August 19, 2026.

Process Technician

60 Posts

Full-time regular Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Technology from a recognized institute with at least 60% marks for General, EWS, and OBC-NCL, and 50% for SC, ST, and PwBD candidates.

Chemical Operator

64 Posts

Full-time regular Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Technology from a recognized institute with at least 60% marks for General, EWS, and OBC-NCL, and 50% for SC, ST, and PwBD candidates.

Mechanical Technician

Full-time regular Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute with at least 60% marks for General, EWS, and OBC-NCL, and 50% for SC, ST, and PwBD candidates.

Electrical Technician

Full-time regular Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electrical Power System, or Electrical Engineering (Industrial Control) from a recognized institute with at least 60% marks for General, EWS, and OBC-NCL, and 50% for SC, ST, and PwBD candidates.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess a full-time regular diploma in relevant engineering disciplines from an AICTE-approved institution.
Minimum 60% marks for General, EWS, and OBC-NCL candidates, and 50% for SC, ST, and PwBD candidates.
Must have at least one year of relevant post-qualification work experience or apprenticeship.

Age Limit

Age limit is between 18 and 25 years as on July 1, 2026, for General and EWS candidates.
Age relaxations applicable for reserved categories as per government guidelines.
