The engagement is purely temporary in nature, initially for one semester, and may be extended based on University requirements and satisfactory performance.
A relaxation of 5% marks is provided at the Graduate and Master’s levels for SC, ST, Differently-abled, and OBC (Non-creamy layer) categories, as well as a 5% relaxation from 55% to 50% for Ph.D. degree holders who obtained their Master's degree prior to 19 September 1991.
The last date for online registration is 23 October 2026 up to 5:00 p.m.
The walk-in interview will be held on 26 October 2026, with reporting time from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., at the Administrative (Block) Building, Central University of Jharkhand, Village: Cheri-Manatu, Kanke, Ranchi – 835222 (Jharkhand).
The desirable specializations are Digital Media, Electronic Media, and Media Production.
