Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Associate Member of Institute of Engineering in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or institute.

Selected candidates will receive a pay scale of Level-11 as per the 7th CPC, with a salary range of Rs. 67,700 to Rs. 208,700.
