About Recruitment

Conduct field surveys, field visits, and heritage documentation.
Identify, document, and digitize traditional Ilkal saree designs and motifs to build a digital heritage design library.
Communicate with the weaver community to identify field-level problems and support technical assessments of silk handloom processes.
Assist in data analysis, report generation, and undertake independent travel to project clusters and surrounding villages as instructed by the Principal Investigator.
