Yes, House Rent Allowance (HRA) is added to the monthly fellowship depending on whether the candidate qualifies under UGC NET category 1/2, category 3, or is a non-NET candidate.
Desirable qualifications include UGC-NET qualification (category-1, 2, or 3), Maths or Physics studied as a subject at the Bachelors level, experience in data analysis or instrumentation, and working knowledge of any programming language.
