Verification of service particulars and feeder grade eligibility
Scrutiny of Annual Performance Assessment Reports (APARs) for the last five years
The required service particulars and records must reach the Directorate of Accounts and Treasuries on or before 13 November 2026.
Officials in the feeder cadre of Stock Verifier/Store Keeper Grade I with 5 years of regular service in that grade and successful completion of two to four weeks of training on Store Keeping Materials Management are eligible.
The post is being filled by promotion from the eligible feeder cadre of Stock Verifier/Store Keeper Grade I.
Integrity and vigilance clearance check
Candidates must have successfully completed two to four weeks of training on Store Keeping Materials Management.
Heads of Departments or Offices must submit APARs for the last five years up to 2025–26.
Officials belonging to the SC (Origin) category must produce an original, valid caste certificate issued afresh by CW Authority stating origin or migrant status.
