Applicants must be literate, preferably matriculate, with good comprehension skills and belong to eligible categories such as teachers, retired government servants, senior citizens, Anganwadi workers, doctors, law students, NGO members, or self-help group members.
Selected candidates receive an honorarium of Rs. 800/- per day.
