Applicants must have passed at least the 10th standard.
No salary, wages, or allowances are paid; volunteers receive only an honorarium as determined by DLSA Chandrapur.
Preference is given to retired teachers, former panchayat members, retired government employees, social workers, women, transgenders, tribal communities, marginalized sections of society, and other eminent persons.
Applications must be submitted in the prescribed format along with required documents to the District Legal Services Authority, District Court, Chandrapur by post or in person.
