Screening Test (if candidate count exceeds 5 times vacancies for Dental Senior Resident)
It is a contractual recruitment process by ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Alwar for Teaching Faculty, Senior Residents, Adjunct Faculty, and Super Specialists through walk-in interviews.
The application fee is Rs. 500/- for all other categories, while SC, ST, ESIC regular employees, female candidates, ex-servicemen, and PH candidates are exempted from the fee.
Candidates must download the application form from www.esic.gov.in and report for document verification and walk-in interviews at ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Desula, Alwar on the scheduled dates.

Postgraduate degree in Doctor of Medicine, Master of Surgery or Diplomate of National Board
Upper age limit 45 years with relaxation for reserved categories
Consolidated remuneration equivalent to Senior Resident posts
Postgraduate degree or recognized equivalent qualification in the respective medical subject with extensive teaching experience
6-8 Years(Junior Adjunct Faculty requires 6 years and Senior Adjunct Faculty requires 8 years of post PG experience)
As per institutional guidelines
Professor: Rs. 6,000/- per day; Associate Professor: Rs. 4,000/- per day
MBBS with postgraduate degree and super specialty qualification like DM, M.Ch, DrNB or equivalent recognized by the National Medical Commission
3-3 Years(Three years of equivalent experience in the concerned super specialty if required)
Upper age limit 65 years as on date of empanelment
Remuneration payable on case-to-case basis at Central Government Health Scheme rates
Personal Interview before the Selection Board
Selection is based on document verification and performance in a personal interview before the Selection Board, with a screening test applicable for Dental Senior Resident posts if applicant numbers are high.
