Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from a recognized university and active enrollment with the Bar Council of India or State Bar Council.
5-10 Years(Minimum 10 years experience required for High Courts and CAT Chennai; 5 years for district-level courts and other judicial forums.)
