Engagement beyond 65 years is discouraged except for candidates with exceptional academic or industrial background.

Rs 4000/- per day with Rs 80,000/- monthly ceiling for Professor equivalent, Rs 3000/- per day with Rs 60,000/- monthly ceiling for Associate Professor equivalent, and Rs 2000/- per day with Rs 40,000/- monthly ceiling for Assistant Professor equivalent.
