About Recruitment

• Hamirpur District has announced recruitment for 21 Patwari posts through re-engagement of retired Patwaris and Kanungos.
• The recruitment is for vacant Patwar Circles in District Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh.
• Only retired Patwaris and Kanungos of the Himachal Pradesh Revenue Department meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria can apply.
• Applications must be submitted in offline mode between 21 July 2026 and 5 August 2026.

Eligibility Conditions

• Applicant must be a retired Patwari or Kanungo from the Himachal Pradesh Revenue Department.
• Must have rendered at least 5 years of service before superannuation.
• No departmental or disciplinary proceedings should be pending.
• Maximum age should not exceed 65 years on the date of advertisement.
• Fitness certificate from a Government Hospital is required.

Remuneration and Benefits

• Retired Patwaris will receive a monthly remuneration of Rs. 40,000.
• One day's casual leave is admissible after completion of one month of service.
• TA/DA is admissible for official tour duty as per applicable rules.
• Medical facilities and reimbursement continue as admissible to retired employees.
• The re-engagement period will not count towards previous service benefits.
