About Recruitment

The Telecommunication Wing of Haryana Police is engaging 400 Special Police Officers (SPOs) under Section 21 of the Haryana Police Act, 2007.
Eligible candidates include ex-servicemen and former force personnel who must appear in person on their district-assigned dates between 24 and 27 August 2026.

Posts

Special Police Officer

Passed 10+2 with minimum 5 years of service as an ex-serviceman from Armed Forces/CAPFs or ex-Constable from disbanded HSISF/HAP Battalions.

400 Posts

Honorarium and Financial Benefits

Monthly honorarium of ₹20,000 credited directly to the bank account
One-time uniform allowance of ₹3,000
TA/DA of ₹150 per day during official tours

Ex-Gratia Compensation

₹10 Lakhs for death in action displaying bravery
₹1 Lakh to ₹3 Lakhs for permanent disability in action
Up to ₹1 Lakh for grave injury in action
₹3 Lakhs for natural death

Terms and Conditions

Engagement period is for 1 year or until regular appointments are made
SPOs will not be posted at their home police station
Services are terminable at any time without notice for indiscipline or unsatisfactory performance

How to Apply

1Download and fill the application form in CAPITAL LETTERS with all required personal and service details.
2Prepare the prescribed affidavit declaring residence, service status, clean record, and terms acceptance.
3Check your district walk-in schedule and report in person from 9:00 AM on the designated date at Police Lines Telecommunication, Panchkula.
4Bring the filled application form, affidavit, all original documents, attested photocopies, and passport-size photographs.
