Salary Structure

Basic pay range: Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 45,000 per month
Gross Salary: Rs. 53,175 approximately in metro cities at the minimum scale
Annual CTC: Rs. 7.58 Lakhs approximately at the minimum scale

Eligibility Requirements

Educational Qualification: Degree in Law
Experience: 1 year of experience in the Corporate Legal Department of Central/State PSUs or large commercial organizations

Selection Process

Submission of Board Agenda's for various HLL's meetings to the directors at MoHFW

Drafting and Vetting of various kinds of Agreements, MOU's, Lease Deed, Power of Attorneys, Indemnity Bond, BGs, Consortium Agreements, EOI's and Tender Documents

Rendering legal advice and opinion in matters and cases assigned to the Legal Department
