Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Food Technology, Agricultural Science, Veterinary Sciences, Bio-Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, Medicine, or medical degree (MBBS, BDS, BAMS, etc.) from a recognized university, with successful completion of prescribed training and Hindi or Sanskrit as a subject in Matriculation or Higher Education.
