About Recruitment

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released a short notification for recruitment to Customer Service Associate (CSA) / Clerical Cadre posts under CRP CSA-XVI.

2Click on the 'CRP CSA' section on the homepage and select 'CRP CSA XVI'.
3Click on 'Click Here for New Registration' and complete basic registration to generate a Registration ID and Password.
4Log in between 1 August 2026 and 21 August 2026, and fill out the detailed online application form accurately.
5Upload required scanned documents, including photograph, signature, left thumb impression, handwritten declaration, and 10th certificate.
6Pay the prescribed application fee via online payment options (Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI).
7Submit the application form and print a copy of the final application receipt for future reference.
