Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), or equivalent degree with minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in Public Health, Pediatrics, Child Health, or Maternal and Newborn Health, or retired government employee with 10 years of experience in Pay Level 10 and above.
Post Graduate degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Data Science, Health Informatics, or a related discipline with at least 55% marks and 3 years of post-qualification experience in biomedical research or public health.
