Master of Surgery (MS) or Diplomate of National Board (DNB) in General Surgery or Magister Chirurgiae (M.Ch) or Diplomate of National Board (DNB) in Cardio Thoracic and Vascular Surgery (CTVS) with valid registration under the Central or State Medical Council.
