Postgraduate degree in Science such as Physics, Chemistry, or Materials Science, or in Engineering such as Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, with a minimum of 60% marks and a valid GATE or CSIR-UGC NET qualification.
