Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Physics with first class or a minimum of 60% marks or 6.0 CGPA, along with a valid Council of Scientific and Industrial Research-University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test or Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering qualification.
Rs. 37,000/- per month plus admissible HRA for the first two years, upgrading to Rs. 42,000/- per month plus admissible HRA for the third year as a Senior Research Fellow.
