Master of Science, Master of Technology, Master of Engineering, Master of Philosophy, Bachelor of Technology, or Bachelor of Engineering in Physics or related fields with Council of Scientific and Industrial Research or University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test or valid Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering score.
Age limit is 28 years for Master of Science, Bachelor of Technology, or Bachelor of Engineering candidates and 32 years for Master of Technology, Master of Engineering, or Master of Philosophy candidates with relaxations as per Government of India rules.
