Master of Technology, Master of Architecture, Master of Business Administration, Doctor of Philosophy in Science, or Doctor of Medicine with a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in Intellectual Property Rights.

The notified emoluments are Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 1,00,000 per month plus HRA as per Institute norms.
Preference will be given to SC/ST candidates on equal qualifications and experience.
Experience in patent search, patentability assessment, and coordinating Ministerial submissions is desirable along with WIPO course completion and a Registered Patent Agent qualification.
