Candidates must hold a Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Marine, Electronics, or Production Engineering from a recognized University or Institution, along with two years of experience.
The minimum age is 18 years and the maximum age is 30 years.
Age is relaxable by 05 years for SC candidates against reserved vacancies and 10 years for PwBD candidates (15 years for SC PwBD candidate). Government servants receive relaxation up to five years.

Candidates must enclose Aadhaar card, matriculation marksheet and certificate, diploma marksheet and certificate, latest category certificate, experience certificate, PwBD certificate if applicable, NOC if serving in government service, two latest passport size photographs, and a separate blank envelope with a Rs. 50/- postal stamp addressed to themselves.
