It is an engagement of medical professionals as part-time Doctor-in-Attendance on a retainership basis at IndianOil's Goregaon Colony for 2 hours per day for five or six days per week.

Rs. 1,610/- per hour for M.D./MS with maximum remuneration of Rs. 83,720/- per month, and Rs. 1,250/- per hour for MBBS with maximum remuneration of Rs. 65,000/- per month
Doctors with M.D. (Medicine) or MS (General Surgery) receive a retainer fee of Rs. 1,610/- per hour, with a maximum remuneration of Rs. 83,720/- per month.
