High School or equivalent or 11th pass along with National Trade Certificate or National Apprenticeship Certificate from National Council for Vocational Training or State Council for Vocational Training, or a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Merit List based on marks in technical qualification
Rs. 140 per hour up to a maximum monthly limit of Rs. 15,000.
