Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Dairy Chemistry, Dairy Technology, or Dairy Microbiology from a recognized university.
Maximum age limit is 35 years for male candidates and 40 years for female candidates.

Candidates must hold an M. Tech degree in Dairy Chemistry, Dairy Technology, or Dairy Microbiology.
Rs. 37,000/- per month + HRA for 1st and 2nd year and Rs. 42,000/- per month + HRA for 3rd year
The upper age limit is 35 years for male candidates and 40 years for female candidates.
The fellowship is Rs. 37,000/- per month plus HRA for the first and second years, and Rs. 42,000/- per month plus HRA for the third year.
