About Recruitment

MECON Limited has invited online applications for 17 Draftsman positions on a contractual basis across Civil & Structural, Material Handling, Iron Making, GMMB, and Oil & Gas disciplines.
The postings for these contractual openings are located at MECON's Ranchi and Delhi offices with an initial tenure of 3 years.
Eligible candidates include Indian nationals possessing the requisite engineering diploma, ITI, or intermediate qualifications along with relevant drafting experience.

Remuneration and Benefits

Fixed monthly contract fee of ₹30,000
Incentive of ₹875 per drawing for monthly output exceeding 20 A1-equivalent drawings
Annual increment of 3% on contract fee
Paid leave of 1.5 days per month up to 18 days annually
