Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) with a full-time Post Graduate Degree in Hospital Administration, Health Management, Hospital Management, or Masters of Public Health from a recognized university or institute.
