Bachelor of Technology or Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from a recognized university with twenty years of total experience, including ten years in building projects, and retirement from state or central government departments or public sector undertakings.
20+ Years(Must include 10 years of experience in building projects and service as a Chief Engineer or 2 years as a Superintending Engineer.)
