Possess a Ph.D., MD, MS, MDS or equivalent degree, or hold 3 years of research, teaching, or design and development experience following a Master of Veterinary Science, Master of Pharmacy, Master of Engineering, or Master of Technology degree, accompanied by at least one research paper published in a Science Citation Indexed journal.
