Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science and Nutrition, Food and Nutrition, Biochemistry, or Toxicology, along with a Ph.D. in the relevant discipline and publications in peer-reviewed journals.
2+ Years(Experience working on a similar kind of project with laboratory animal handling and in-vivo/ex-vivo model experience.)
