Master of Technology (M.Tech) or Master of Engineering (M.E.) in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or allied multidisciplinary areas with First Class and a minimum of 60% aggregate marks or 6.0 CGPA from a recognized university, along with valid Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) or National Eligibility Test (NET) qualification.
