Candidates must possess a Master's degree (M.Tech/MSc/MS) in Electronics and Communication Engineering or VLSI discipline with at least 55% marks, or a B.Tech. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
The upper age limit is 35 years with age relaxation applicable as per Government of India norms.

Selected candidates will receive Rs. 37,000/- per month along with an 18% House Rent Allowance (HRA).
