About Recruitment

Northeast Frontier Railway has invited online applications for recruitment against Sports Quota under Notification No. 04/2026.
A total of 56 vacancies are available in Level-1, Level-2 and Level-3 under the 7th CPC Pay Matrix.
Eligible candidates can apply online from 25 July 2026 to 24 August 2026.
Selection will be based on a Sports Trial followed by an Interview.

Eligibility

Candidates must satisfy the prescribed educational qualification, age limit and sports achievement norms mentioned in the notification.
Sports achievements considered must be from recognized events held on or after 01 April 2024.

Age Limit

Candidates must be between 18 and 25 years of age as on 01 January 2027.

Pay Level

Posts are available under Level-1, Level-2 and Level-3 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix.
