Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost and Management Accountant (CMA), or Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from a recognized institution.
Full-time Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with minimum 60% marks or Master of Laws (LLM) from a recognized university.
Degree in Engineering or Commerce graduate with Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in procurement or contracting.
Master Degree in any discipline from a recognized university with expertise in data processing.
Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute.
Passed Company Secretary (CS) final examination and registered as an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
