Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university, with retirement as Deputy General Manager, Gazetted Officer, or equivalent, and mandatory experience in land-related affairs.
30-30 Years(Must have at least 30 years of total permanent working experience in government, public sector undertakings, or private sector, including 10 years specifically in handling land matters.)
