Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost and Management Accountant (CMA), or MBA in Finance from a recognized government university or institute.

Full-time Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with at least 60% marks or Master of Laws (LL.M) from a recognized government university or institute.

Degree in Engineering in any discipline or Commerce Graduate with an MBA from a recognized government university or institute.

Master's degree in any discipline of a minimum two years duration from a recognized government university or institute.

Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering from a recognized government university or institute.

Passed the Company Secretary (CS) Final Examination conducted by ICSI and registered as an Associate Member of ICSI.
