Master of Science or Master of Technology in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, Renewable Energy, Physics, Chemistry, or Materials Science with at least 55 percent marks and National Eligibility Test cleared or a Ph.D. degree.
Rs. 1500 per lecture with an upper limit of Rs. 50,000 per month.
