Screening of applications by a Screening Committee based on APAR and educational qualifications
Preparation of merit list and panel corresponding to vacancies
Selected candidates will be posted for 4 years on a tenure basis, which can be extended or curtailed as per administrative requirements.
Selection is conducted by a Screening Committee based on prescribed marks for the APAR of the last 3 years and educational qualifications, without a written examination.

Candidates must send attested photocopies of their Service Book, APARs for the last three years (2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25), and D&AR and Vigilance clearance through proper channel.
Candidates with pending D&AR and SPE/Vigilance cases, those who have not completed the 3-year cooling-off period, or those penalized during a previous RDSO tenure are debarred.
