Bachelor of Science in Nursing or General Nursing and Midwifery with 'A' Grade certificate, post certificate diploma in nursing administration or sister tutor's course, and registration with Delhi Nursing Council or any other nursing council.

The appointment is initially for a period of 5 years on a contractual basis and is non-pensionable.
