Bachelor's degree with Divisional Officers Course or Fire Prevention Course from National Fire Service College Nagpur or direct degree in Fire Engineering and Technology with minimum 8 years of experience in Fire Brigade field including 5 years at Station Officer or Assistant Divisional Fire Officer level, valid Heavy Motor Vehicle driving licence, and basic computer knowledge.
