Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.), Doctor of Medicine (MD), Master of Surgery (MS), Master of Dental Surgery (MDS), or equivalent postgraduate degree, or Master of Veterinary Science (MVSc), Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm), Master of Engineering (ME), or Master of Technology (M.Tech) with three years of research, teaching, and design or development experience and at least one research paper published in a Science Citation Index (SCI) journal.
