Assessment of Scouts and Guides Certificates
A total of 17 Level 1 and Level 2 posts are available in Southern Railway and Integral Coach Factory.
The last date to submit the online application is 18 October 2026 at 11:59 PM.
Candidates must generally have passed Class 12 with at least 50% marks or possess Matriculation with the prescribed Act Apprenticeship or NCVT-approved ITI qualification.
Pay Matrix Level 2
Passed Class 10, or ITI, or National Apprenticeship Certificate granted by NCVT, along with mandatory Scouts and Guides qualifications and active service certificates.
Upper age limit is 36 years for OBC and 38 years for SC/ST candidates.

Medical Examination
The fee is Rs. 500 for general applicants and Rs. 250 for reserved categories, which is refundable after appearing in the examination.
Selection is based on a 60-mark Written/Hybrid Examination and 40 marks awarded for eligible Scouts and Guides certificates and activities.
