SPMCIL Assistant Manager and Deputy Manager Recruitment 2026

First Class Full Time Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or Information Technology or Electronics and Communication Engineering with minimum 60 percent marks and 3 years post qualification experience in C#, Java, JavaScript, ASP.NET, or PHP.

First Class Full Time Master Degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, Master of Social Work, or Master of Business Administration with HR elective, or two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Management with HR elective.

Bachelor of Commerce degree along with Chartered Accountant or Cost and Works Accountant qualification.

First Class Full Time Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Pulp and Paper Technology, Electronics, or Printing Technology, along with a two-year Post Graduate degree, diploma, or MBA in Materials Management, Stores Management, Purchase, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics Management.

First Class Full Time Master of Computer Applications or First Class Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering or Information Technology.

First Class Master Degree in Hindi or English with the other language as a subject at graduation level, plus 2 years translation experience from Hindi to English and vice versa.

Recognized Engineering or Technology degree with 2 years supervisory factory experience, or Physics or Chemistry degree with 6 years supervisory factory experience, or Engineering or Technology diploma with 6 years supervisory factory experience, or relevant degree or diploma with 6 years experience in accident prevention training along with a recognized degree or diploma in Industrial Safety.
