Retired Joint Secretary or equivalent senior cadre officer from government service with knowledge of tribal culture, customs, anthropology, Marathi, English, and AI tools.
Preference will be given to eligible retired officers aged below 65 years.

Candidates must be below 65 years of age, and preference will be given to retired officers within this limit.
Preparation of final selection panel by the department
The appointment is initially for a period of one year from the date of issuance of the appointment order.
